Why this work exists
Many graduates leave German universities with strong subject knowledge and weak maps of how hiring actually unfolds — portal rituals, internship conversion timing, Probezeit expectations, and the difference between a polite rejection and a salvageable application.
AnalyticsProNet grew from advisory work with students and young professionals around Baden-Württemberg who needed structured conversations, not another generic checklist copied from another country.
How we approach clients
We treat each engagement as time-bound professional advice. Sessions stay concrete: which roles, which documents, which conversation to have with a supervisor, which city trade-offs matter for your budget. We prefer fewer recommendations that you can execute over sprawling frameworks.

Where we work
Remote sessions serve clients across Germany. In-person meetings can be arranged at our Bretten address when calendars allow. Correspondence language is English; we review German-language application materials when you provide them.
