Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy covers paid consultations, coaching sessions, written application reviews, and planning intensives described on this site. It does not cover third-party products, software subscriptions, or physical goods — we do not sell those.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing (email to info@analyticspronet.digital) at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session and no substantial written work has been delivered yet. For asynchronous Application Package Reviews, a full refund is available if you cancel before we confirm that review work has started.

Partial refunds

If a multi-session package has begun and you cancel remaining unused sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice, we refund the unused session portion minus work already completed (including written feedback already sent). Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed interview preparation sessions
• Written reviews already delivered
• Administrative time spent on intake once materials have been annotated
• No-shows without notice

Deposits

Some engagements require a deposit to reserve a date. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable within 72 hours of the first session unless we cancel.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once per engagement without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice and an alternative slot is available within four weeks. Further reschedules may incur a €35 administration fee. Same-day changes are treated as cancellations of that session unless we agree otherwise.

No-shows

If you miss a live session without notice, that session is charged in full. We may offer a paid replacement slot at our discretion.

Work already started

Once document annotation or a written plan is underway, fees for that component are earned even if you later decide not to attend a remaining call.

If we cancel

If AnalyticsProNet cancels a session, you may choose a reschedule at no charge or a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled portion.

Refund process and timing

Email refund requests to info@analyticspronet.digital with your name, engagement type, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply. Illness documented with reasonable notice will be considered sympathetically for rescheduling even inside the usual notice window.
