Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where agreed, to deliver consulting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contract and contract performance). Site security and essential operations rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we use non-essential analytics cookies, we rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are typically retained up to twelve months. Client files for completed consultations are retained as required for tax and documentation duties, generally up to ten years for accounting-relevant records, and otherwise deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers may process data on our instructions as processors. Documents you share are used only to deliver the agreed advisory work.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we require appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, where applicable.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in DE, such as the data protection authority of Baden-Württemberg.

Children

Our services address adults entering employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 for consulting purposes.

Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always published on this page.
