How we work

A clear sequence from first message to written plan — so you know what happens before you commit to a consultation fee.

Enquiry and fit check

You describe your study stage, internship status, language profile, and preferred cities. We reply within two business days with whether we can help and which consultation matches — or an honest decline if your need sits outside employment entry advising.

Materials intake

Before the first paid session you upload a CV, any Anschreiben drafts, internship certificates, and two or three job adverts that interest you. Incomplete packs are fine; we note gaps rather than delaying indefinitely.

Working sessions

Meetings run on video or at our Bretten office. We work live on decisions and wording — not slide decks about motivation theory. You leave each session with assigned revisions and dates.

Written plan

After the final session in a multi-meeting package, you receive a concise plan: target roles, weekly application rhythm, interview priorities, and open questions still yours to resolve with employers or legal advisers.

Light follow-up

Flagship Graduate Entry clients receive one email check-in within thirty days. Further sessions are booked separately if interviews accelerate or an offer needs a second look.

What we do not promise

We do not sell guaranteed placement, hidden job boards, or introductions to named hiring managers. Outcomes depend on your field’s hiring climate, your preparation between sessions, and employer decisions we cannot control.

We also do not provide immigration legal advice or draft employment contracts. When those issues arise, we flag them and suggest seeking qualified counsel.
