A structured advisory engagement for graduates entering the German labour market — clarifying target roles, application strategy, and the first months on the job.
Who it is for
Recent graduates and near-graduates in Germany
Designed for people finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Germany — or returning after study abroad — who need a clear plan for their first permanent role. Especially useful when you have strong academics but unclear industry targeting, or when applications feel scattered.
Result: A written entry plan covering target employers or sectors, a revised application narrative, interview priorities for the next 8–12 weeks, and concrete preparation for contract discussions and probation.
Duration: Three sessions over four to six weeks (90 minutes each), plus written feedback between meetings.
Delivery: Online video by default; in-person sessions available at our Bretten office when scheduled in advance.

How the engagement runs
1. Intake and reality check
You send your current materials and a short note on preferred cities, language level, and non-negotiables. In the first session we pressure-test assumptions and agree on a realistic target set.
2. Narrative and applications
We rebuild how you present study projects, internships, and side work so German recruiters can scan your fit quickly. You leave with a prioritised list of openings and a weekly application rhythm.
3. Interviews and early employment
We rehearse common and field-specific questions, then cover how to read offers, ask about Weiterbildung, and navigate the first probation reviews.
How to prepare
Bring degree transcripts or grade summaries if available, internship certificates, and any rejection notes that felt confusing. German and English materials are both welcome.
Practical notes
We advise on job search strategy and workplace entry; we do not replace Rechtsberatung for visa or contract disputes. Sessions are delivered in English, with German document review available when materials are supplied in German.
